Environmental, Health and Safety Manager

With over 50 models offered, all machines are made to exacting standards at our employee owned advanced manufacturing facility in Chesterton, Indiana. We are seeking candidates for the position of CNC Programmer.
Qualified candidates will create and modify programs for computer numerical controlled (CNC) machinery to mill, turn, punch, drill, broach, and ream stainless steel, bronze, and plastic. They will adhere to established programming specifications and correct faulty programming. They will also make general decisions as to quality, tolerances and operation sequence.
The candidate must possess a high degree of familiarity with g-code programming and operating a variety of CNC metalworking tools. Familiarity with CAD/CAM software is highly desired. Proficient in reading and interpreting engineering drawings and use of precision measuring tools. This position also requires at least three years manufacturing experience, a high school diploma or equivalent, strong math skills, strong mechanical aptitude and solid organizational and troubleshooting talents. A two-year technical or engineering degree is desired, but not required.

We are seeking candidates for the position of Environmental, Health and Safety (EHS) Manager.
The EHS Manager will support the HR Director and Plant Operations Director in administering Company environmental, health and safety programs and will continue to drive a culture of safety and improvement.
The position will require the successful candidate to practice within a wide range of EHS disciplines and exhibit the talents necessary to promote environmental protection and safety at work including:
- Develop, implement, execute, deliver, and manage EHS programs.
- Display competency in air and water quality, waste management, industrial hygiene, DOT, hearing conservation, NFPA 70E, as well as the many regulatory standards triggered in a manufacturing environment.
- Manage, supervise and mentor additional EHS staff.
A bachelor’s degree and at least seven years of experience in the EHS field is required. The successful candidate must be able to show competencies in multiple EHS areas,
possess excellent communication skills, demonstrate critical thinking techniques and problem-solving talents, and display positive behavioral competencies for the position.
